Tuscany has always been playing a key role in ultimate olive tree growing and in olive oil production.
The typical Tuscan olive types – Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino – are harmoniously distributed in our Olive grove.
The olive gathering is made with the bare hand from end of October until November.
During this time the plant doesnot produce the maximal quantity of oil; the early olive gathering assure the high quality of our oil. Environment, olive type and the immediate olive pressing guarantee the low acidity of our oil and an high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids and Tocopherols.
