The Tuscan cuisine according to nature Cooking Class with Lucia and Carmela

Tastes and knowledge of Tuscan cooking, that has its roots in poor traditional peasant dishes where basic ingredients are simple and genuine flavors. Eating healthy with organic products of our company: extra virgin olive oil , vegetables , saffron, herbs and local products . We propose two different cooking classes : one about the preparation of fresh pasta and the other about the bakery.:

cucina20• Fresh Pasta:
introduction of different kinds of flours and their use in the preparation of fresh pasta from the pasta noodles stuffed : pasta (tagliatelle , tortellini , ravioli, maltagliati ) , durum wheat pasta ( pici , Ferricelli , orecchiette ) and preparation of some simple sauces to use with.

production of natural yeast with sourdough, and instructions to maintain it .
Preparation of various types of bread, buns and pizzas in which we use the products of our organic vegetable garden, wild herbs and aromatic as well as local cheeses .

At the end of the lesson you will taste the recipes accompanied by local wines ( Chianti and Vernaccia DOCG) .
The participants, with Lucia and Carmela , will provide for the preparation of the dishes. Each participant will be provided with recipes, cooked during class.
The cost for each lesson, including lunch, is 60 Euros per person.
Two is the minimum number of participants.
Classes will take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 10.45 to - approximately -13:30.
