For the breakfasts of our guests, a small orchard, of about 30 plants, allows us to prepare jams and preserves that you can also buy in our store.
The numerous aromatic and medicinal plants, thyme, oregano, mind, savory, helichrysum, etc. and the garden ensures flavors, smells, salads, and fresh vegetables for our kitchen.
This year we are planting a synergistic vegetable garden that is based on four principles:
- Continuous fertilization of the soil through a permanent organic cover
- Cultivation of annual species in association with complementary crops
- Absence of plowing or any other type of soil disturbance: the soil works itself
- The soil aerates itself if we avoid causing compaction
